Classic Cincinnati Hip-Hop Show this Friday @ Play by Play

What is this picture above? True, it’s a compilation of random Cincinnati signs that say Queen City. More importantly, this was the vinyl cover to one of the greatest songs to come out of Cincinnati. (PS – If anybody has an extra copy of this vinyl,  I WILL BUY IT FROM YOU!!!!!). This was also the second time I really heard Piakhan (The First being on the Reflection Eternal debut).

Today is Dilla’s 37th Birthday.
In celebration, Brian “B.Kyle” Atkins has put together a Documentary celebrating the life of one of the Greatest music producers of all time. And it’s free to watch. Which is Awesome. Also, enjoy this old 1996 Interview dug up by the EgoTrip folks from VIBE Magazine.
